Agency manager access
Sign in with the manager WhatsApp number or 6-digit PIN created by your agency owner.
Manager accounts are linked to the agency workspace at creation time, so after login you open only that agency's chats, contacts, reviews, and allowed operations.
Login from web or mobile.
Use the WhatsApp number added by your agency owner. We send the six-digit login OTP to that number.
Use the manager PIN.
Agency owners set this exact 6-digit fallback PIN from Admin > Managers.
Why this login is separate
1. Managers do not buy packages or register publicly.
2. The agency owner creates the seat, WhatsApp number, and 6-digit fallback PIN.
3. Gigxomi stores the manager role with the agency tenant ID for scoped access.
